Guessing this was about 1990. I MIGHT find further documentation later. On the far left are several CRT terminals connected to the remote control equipment.
In the left rack is a DRC-200 transmitter control system at the top. The front panel is blank other than a 3.5 inch floppy drive.
Below that are two TVA-142 audio mixers.
Below that is a DRC-190 transmitter control system.
At the bottom is a Moseley TRC-15A transmitter unit and studio unit, both with the TEL-171 digital adapter.
The right rack appears to have video equipment for the Election Central software package. This software was written by James (Jane) Brodsky. It accumulates election information and drives a television character generator.
