Sec. 2.934  Change in name and/or address of grantee.

    Whenever there is a change in the name and/or address of the grantee 
of an equipment authorization, written notice of such change(s) shall be 
filed within 30 days after the grantee starts using the new name and/or 
address, in order for the Commission to update its
