Sec. 5.401  Eligibility for license.

    The Commission may issue an authorization under this subpart to 
students for the purpose of presenting experiments or technical 
demonstrations for school or school approved projects which require the 
use of radio for a limited period of time. Such authorizations may, in 
the discretion of the Commission, be granted to students of seventh 
grade or higher level.
