Sec. 73.1620  Program tests.

    (2) The permittee of an AM or FM station with a directional antenna 
system must file an application for license requesting program test 
authority with the FCC in Washington, DC at least 10 days prior to the 
date on which it desires to begin program tests. Also, an antenna proof 
of performance must be filed with the request by an AM or FM station 
with a directional antenna.

    (b) The FCC reserves the right to revoke or suspend program tests by 
any station without right of hearing for failure to comply adequately 
with all terms of the construction permit or in order to resolve 
instances of objectionable interference.
