Sec. 95.801  Scope.

    This subpart sets out the regulations governing the licensing and 
operation of an Interactive Video and Data Service (IVDS) system. The 
rules in this subpart are to be read in conjunction with applicable 
requirements contained elsewhere in the Commission's Rules.
