Sec.  95.103   Licensee duties.

   (a) The licensee is responsible for the proper operation of the GMRS system
   at all times. The licensee is also responsible for the appointment of a
   station operator.

   (b)  The  licensee  may limit the use of repeater to only certain user
   stations.
