§  5.123   Inspection of stations.

   All stations and records of stations in the authorized under this part
   shall be made available for inspection at any time while the station is
   in operation or shall be made available for inspection upon reasonable
   request of an authorized representative of the Commission.

   Effective Date Note: At  78 FR 25162 , Apr. 29, 2013, § §  5.123 was
   revised. This section contains information collection and recordkeeping
   requirements and will not become effective until approval has been
   given by the Office of Management and Budget.
