  § 80.961   Radiotelephone receiver.

   (a) The receiver must be capable of reception of G3E emission on the
   required frequencies.

   (b) The receiver must have a sensitivity of at least 2 microvolts
   across 50 ohms for a 20 decibel signal-to-noise ratio.
