§ 90.751   Minor modifications of Phase I, non-nationwide licenses.

   Phase I non-nationwide licensees will be given an opportunity to seek
   modification of their license to relocate their initially authorized
   base station, i.e., locate their base station at a site other than its
   initially authorized location. The conditions under which modifications
   will be granted and the procedures for applying for license
   modifications are described in § § 90.753, 90.757 and 1.929 of this
   chapter. For CMRS licensees, these modifications will be treated as
   minor modifications in accordance with § 1.929 of this chapter.
