§ 54.1002   Geographic areas eligible for support.

   (a) Mobility Fund Phase I support may be made available for census
   blocks identified as eligible by public notice.

   (b) Except as provided in § 54.1004, coverage units for purposes of
   conducting competitive bidding and disbursing support based on
   designated road miles will be identified by public notice for each
   census block eligible for support.
