  § 14.30   Generally.

   (a) The rules in this subpart regarding recordkeeping and enforcement
   are applicable to all manufacturers and service providers that are
   subject to the requirements of sections 255, 716, and 718 of the Act
   and parts 6, 7 and 14 of this chapter.

   (b) The requirements set forth in § 14.31 of this subpart shall be
   effective January 30, 2013.

   (c) The requirements set forth in § § 14.32 through 14.37 of this subpart
   shall be effective on October 8, 2013.
